Links heading:"--Select--" is not showing in links was created by monetise
I am using a Joomla menu as the source for the drop down jump menu.
But in the drop down the ---Select--- links heading does not show and therefore I can never click on the first link in my dropdown menu.
I have this issue on Joomla 2.5 and Joomla 3.3
