If you feel you require a refund and can provide us at least one reproducible reason/issue, you may request the refund by contacting us We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to decline any refund for any reason.
If a refund is approved, depending upon how you made the original payment, your refund will be credited to your PayPal or Credit/Debit card account. We issue all of the refunds from the 20th to 30th dates of each month.
We will not provide a refund after 7 days (UTC+2) have passed from the order date.
